Requirements
2+ years experience in real estate sales
Strong communication in Telugu and English
Proven track record of closing premium sales
Own vehicle preferred for site visits

Oversee plot layout development at NSB Enclave — managing roads, drainage, electrical work, plantation, and compound wall construction to ensure the highest quality standards are met and maintained.

Requirements
B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
3+ years of layout / civil supervision
Familiarity with government approval norms
Strong coordination and reporting skills
